# TullyTips

> TullyTips is free furnace filter and home upkeep reminders, month-by-month key dates, plus a simple tip each day. The core idea: stuff is expensive, so take care of it, starting with the filter. It is for anyone who keeps up a home. It covers preventive maintenance only: routine actions that stop problems before they start, not repairs or troubleshooting. Every tip is a simple job you can do yourself in 5 to 20 minutes with basic household tools.

Key guidance: change 1-inch furnace filters monthly and 4-inch media filters every 3 months. Disconnect hoses and drain outdoor faucets before the first freeze.
